Equipment

Ingredients

  • 2 cups kombucha or coconut water
  • 1 handful baby spinach
  • ½ raw zucchini, chopped
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • Juice of half a lime
  • 1 tbsp fresh mint
  • 1 heaped tbs Great Lakes collagen (optional)

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender like Vitamix and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
