Ready to treat yourself? Find the recipe below 👇

Ingredients
- 4 large frozen bananas
- ¼ cup smooth peanut butter
- 1 tbsp plant based protein (optional)
- ½ tsp vanilla bean paste or powder
- 2 to 3 tbsp cacao powder

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients (except cacao powder) in a high -power blender, blend until smooth and creamy.
- Transfer half of the mixture to your coconut bowls. Add cacao powder to the remaining mixture and blend.
- Add the chocolate nice cream to the bowls. Top with peanuts, raw chocolate and/or cacao nibs.

Spicy, zesty, and not too sweet this Gin-ger Beer Spicy, zesty, and not too sweet this Gin-ger Beer cocktail will go down a treat 😉 Sit back, relax and enjoy that summertime sunshine with this modern take on a true classic ☀️

Give it a try this weekend 👇

Ingredients:
Ginger Syrup
- 360ml (1½ cup) water
- 200g (1 cup) caster sugar
- 150g (1¼ cup) fresh ginger root, chopped
- Ginger Beer Cocktail
- 75ml (5 tbsp) lemon juice
- 75ml (⅓ cup) ginger syrup
- 45ml gin
- 70g (½ cup) ice cubes
- 150ml ale beer

Instructions:
For the ginger syrup:
- In a small saucepan, combine water, sugar, and ginger.
- Heat to a gentle boil. Reduce heat to simmer and stir until sugar dissolves.
- Remove from heat and allow mixture to steep for 30 minutes.
- Strain and chill.
For the ginger beer cocktail:
- Place lemon juice, ginger syrup, gin, and ice cubes into the Vitamix container in the order listed. Secure the lid.
- Select Variable 1.
- Turn the blender on and slowly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High.
- Blend for 15 seconds.
- Pour into a large mug or glass over ice and top with 150ml ale. Stir and serve.

If using a different blender, simply blend the ingredients until everything is thoroughly mixed 🥰

What's your favourite frozen cocktail? Ours is a f What's your favourite frozen cocktail? Ours is a frosty glass of Strawberry Frosé 🍓🥂 It's pink, it's slushy, it's wine and it's fruit – the perfect concoction for a hot summer night. Give it a try 👇

Ingredients
• 750ml (1 bottle) Pinot Noir Rosé
• 100g (½ cup) caster sugar
• 230g (8 oz) hulled strawberries, plus a few pieces for garnish
• 120ml (½ cup) lemon juice

Instructions
1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container (or any other blender) and secure the lid.
2. Select Variable 1 or the Puree setting.
3. Start the machine, then slowly increase its highest speed and blend it for 45 seconds, or start the machine and allow the Puree program to complete.
4. Pour the contents into a freezer-safe container.
5. Freeze for 4 hours or overnight.
6. Use a fork to scrape the frozen mixture back into the Vitamix container. Select Variable 5 and start the machine. Blend for 6 to 8 seconds or until slushy. Serve immediately in cocktail glasses and garnish with strawberries on skewers.
