Ingredients
- 200g cucumber
- 150g fennel
- 250ml apple juice
- 50ml lime juice
- 3 tbsp agave syrup (or honey)
Instructions
- Cut cucumber and fennel into large cubes.
- Combine apple juice, lime juice, cucumber and fennel cubes into the Magimix blender glass jug.
- Add the agave syrup (or honey) and blend continuously until smooth.
- Pour into tall glasses and serve chilled.
