Gut-loving Hulk smoothie
- 2 cups kombucha or coconut water
- 1 handful baby spinach
- ½ raw zucchini, chopped
- 1 cup frozen mango
- Juice of half a lime
- 1 tbsp fresh mint
- 1 heaped tbs Great Lakes collagen (optional)
- Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender like Vitamix and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
