A bouquet garni is a bunch of aromatic herbs used in cooking to add enhanced flavour. You can use fresh or dried herbs.


  • String muslin


  • Parsley
  • Pepper
  • Thyme
  • Bay leaves


  1. Fresh herbs can be tied together with string and placed in pot.
  2. Dried herbs go inside the muslin and are wrapped with string.
  3. Remove bouquet garni before serving a dish.
