Instructions
- Fill a pot with water and bring to the boil
- With a sharp knife, score the end of the tomato with an X.
- Put the tomato into the boiling water for 20 to 25 seconds.
- Remove with a slotted spoon and place in a bowl of iced water to cool off.
- When cooled off, peel back the skin from where is was scored.
