  • Tomatoes


    1. Fill a pot with water and bring to the boil
    2. With a sharp knife, score the end of the tomato with an X.
    3. Put the tomato into the boiling water for 20 to 25 seconds.
    4. Remove with a slotted spoon and place in a bowl of iced water to cool off.
    5. When cooled off, peel back the skin from where is was scored.
