Kustom Cupcakes gurus Nigel & Kylie famous vanilla cupcakes with Classic Vanilla Cream and if needed yummy cookie dough filling

  • 225g Butter – room temp
  • 2 Cups Castor Sugar
  • 4 Eggs Large Room Temp
  • 1 Cap Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Cup Milk – room temp
  • 1 1/2 Cups Self Raising Flour Sifted
  • 1 1/4 Cups Plain Flour Sifted
  • BUTTERCREAM
  • 250g Butter
  • 6 Tbs Milk
  • 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 3 Cups Icing Sugar Sifted
  • COOKIE DOUGH FILLING
  • 2 Cups Plain Flour
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 3/4 Cup Butter Melted
  • 1 Cup Packed Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Castor Sugar
  • 1 Tbs Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Cup White or Darck choc chips to taste
  • 4 Tbs Milk
  1. 1 Cream butter & sugar
  2. Add Vanilla extract on slow speed
  3. Add eggs until well mixed
  4. Add milk on slow speed until mixed through
  5. Add flour slowly & beat until smooth
  6. Leave mix to sit for 10 minutes
  7. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 180C or until cake tester inserted into the cake comes out clean
  8. Leave to cool for 15 minutes
  9. To make Buttercream icing cream Butter on high speed;Step 10 Blend in milk and vanilla eassence, start on slow speed & increase;Step 11 Mix through icing sugar on low speed then increase until fluffy;Step 12 To make cookie dough mix all ingredients together;Step 13 Place a teaspoon of dough into your patty pans of mixture before you bake;Step 14 The cookie dough is option and needs to be added prior to cooking cupcakes
