Peach & Cranberry Pavlova Sparkle

Pavlova vodka anyone? This Peach & Cranberry Pavlova Sparkle is perfect for any special occasion. Fresh, fizzy and far more elevated than your average vodka cranberry, that’s for sure!

Equipment

• Cocktail shaker
• Cocktail glasses

Ingredients

• 60ml Old Young’s Pavlova Vodka
• 30ml peach schnapps
• 30ml cranberry juice
• 30ml sparkling orange mineral water
• 30ml prosecco
• Pomegranate seeds, to garnish
• Fresh mint sprig, to garnish

Making a batch?

• 2 cups Old Young’s Pavlova Vodka
• 1 cup peach schnapps
• 750ml cranberry juice
• 750ml sparkling orange mineral water
• 750ml prosecco

Instructions

1. Fill the shaker with ice.
2. Add vodka, schnapps and cranberry juice then shake well.
3. Strain directly into a large glass over a handful of ice.
4. Top with sparkling orange mineral water and prosecco.
5. Garnish with a wedge of peach, pomegranate seeds and mint.

Making a batch?

1. Add the vodka, schnapps and juice to a drink dispenser and stir.
2. Just before guests arrive, fill it with ice then top with orange mineral water and prosecco so it’s fresh and fizzy.
