Pink Gin Fizz

If you love your gin, this Pink Gin Fizz will be right up your ally. Refreshing, pretty and easy to turn into a batch cocktail – what’s not to love?

Equipment

• Bar cart
• Ice bucket
• Cocktail glasses

Ingredients

• 60ml pink gin
• 30ml pink grapefruit cordial
• 200ml tonic water
• 1 handful of ice
• 1 wedge pink grapefruit, to garnish

Instructions

1. Fill the shaker with ice.
2. Add the gin and cordial then give it a good shake.
3. Strain directly into a glass over a handful of ice. 
4. Top up with tonic water as desired. 
5. Garnish with a wedge of fresh pink grapefruit.
