Getting as much nutrition as possible from our diet is most people’s goal – in the tastiest way we can. Sabrina of Rawspirations shares this simply delicious recipe of transforming blueberries and banana to create dehydrated fruit roll-ups that will be transformed into sweet cannelloni.
Equipment:
Ingredients:
- 1 large ripe banana
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 level tsp Lucuma powder
- 1 tsp chia seeds
Method:
Blend all ingredients in high speed blender. Once you get a smooth paste like consistency you spoon a tbs amount on dehydrator safe sheets, shape into mini pancakes and dehydrate for 4-5 hours. Fill with vanilla coconut yoghurt and roll into cannellonis.
