  • 300ml Cream
  • 30ml Brandy
  • 15ml Caster Sugar
  • 100g Meringues
  1. Whisk cream till stiff peak stage then stir in brandy and caster sugar. Fold in roughly broken meringues.
  2. Freezer for about 8 hrs. Serve with Christmas pudding.
