The perfect combination of Watermelon and Bacardi is a Kitchen Warehouse favourite. Enhanced by the tang of fresh lime and mint, here’s a drink to spice up Happy Hour.

Equipment:

Ingredients:

  • 3 – 4 thick slices of watermelon
  • 6 Tbsp fresh lime juice
  • ½ cup sugar syrup ✳
  • 30 large fresh mint leaves
  • 12 oz Bacardi rum
  • Ice cubes

Note: Combine 2 parts water to 1 part sugar in saucepan and cook over low heat until sugar dissolved. Boil for one minute.

Instructions:

  1. Use watermelon slicer to remove fruit from melon and remove seeds
  2. Puree watermelon in blender
  3. Mash mint leaves in a mortar and pestle
  4. Add all ingredients to a large jug and stir vigorously
  5. Place ice cubes in glasses before serving
