White Bread 750g loaf or baguette

  • 260 mls Water, luke-warm
  • 20g Butter or margarine
  • 2 tsp White Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Skim Milk Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 ½ tsps Bread Improver
  • 375g Plain Flour
  • 1 ¼ tsps Dry yeast

Garlic and Herb bread 750g loaf

  • 235 mls Water, luke-warm
  • 15g Butter or margarine
  • 2 cloves Garlic, crushed
  • 2 tsps Dried mixed herbs
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 3 tsps Sugar
  • 3 tsps Skim milk powder
  • 1 tsp Bread improver
  • 450g Plain flour
  • 1 tsp Dry yeast

Directions:

  1. Ensure kneading blade is upright in the bread pan.
  2. Add ingredients to the bread pan in order listed.
  3. Insert bread pan into the baking chamber and press down firmly until the pan is clicked into place. Close lid.
  4. Add ingredients to the fruit and nut dispenser if required.
  5. Press the MENU button to Menu 1 (Basic). Choose CRUST and SIZE settings.
  6. Press START.
