Sparkling Summer Cocktails with SodaStream

Summer Sunrise Cocktail Recipe

This sparkling drink is the perfect twist to the classic raspberry lemonade.



  • 1L sparkling water, flavoured with Zeros Cranberry Raspberry
  • Raspberries, plus extra to garnish
  • Enough ice to fill your glass
  • 30ml vodka
  • 15ml limoncello
  • Sliced lemons, to garnish


  • Prepare the flavoured water. Fizz 1 bottle of cold water. Add a capful of SodaStream Zeros Cranberry Raspberry (or even some raspberry cordial).
  • Add raspberries to a highball glass. Muddle until raspberries are pureed.
  • Fill glass with ice. Slowly add in vodka and limoncello, and top with Zeros Cranberry Raspberry flavoured sparkling water.
  • Garnish with raspberries and lemon slices. Serve and enjoy!

Peachy Fresh Cocktail Recipe

Brighten up your usual sparkling peach soda with sprigs of fresh basil.



  • 1 peach, sliced
  • 1 nectarine, sliced
  • 6 basil leaves, plus extra to garnish
  • 30ml lemon juice
  • 45ml gin
  • 30ml simple syrup
  • Sparkling water
  • Enough ice to fill your glass


  • Combine the sliced peaches, nectarines, and basil leaves with the lemon juice and gently muddle in the glass.
  • Add gin, simple syrup, sparkling water, and ice.
  • Garnish with basil leaves. Serve and enjoy!
