What you’ll need

  • Mug or glass
  • Paper towels
  • Plastic bag
  • Elastic band

Types of herbs

  • Chives
  • Mint
  • Parsley
  • Coriander
  • Basil
  • Dill

Instructions

  1. Storing herbs depends on what type of herbs they are.
  2. Coriander and parsley can be stored in a glass with 2cm of water. Wrap the glass in a plastic bag then secure it with an elastic band and leave them in the fridge.
  3. For basil, wrap it in dry paper towel and stored it in a sealed plastic bag. Place in the fridge.
  4. Most other herbs can be wrapped in a damp paper towel, placed in a sealed plastic bag and stored in the fridge.
